_privacy policy

This policy explains how TechWorks handles payments, cancellations, and refunds for our ICT solutions and services.

{01}

_purpose of scope

This policy applies to all services provided by TechWorks, including web/app development, marketing, branding, design & rendering, print on demand, and writing & transcriptions services. It outlines your rights and our processes regarding refunds, cancellations, and remedies.

{02}

_general payment terms

   - All service fees are outlined in your project proposal, quotation, or service agreement.

   - Payment schedules (e.g., deposit, milestone payments, final payment) are specified in your agreement.

   - Services may be suspended for non-payment.

{03}

_refunds for digital and creative services

Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of our services:

   - All fees for services rendered are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

   - Deposits paid to reserve time and commence work are non-refundable once work has begun.

   - This policy reflects the fact that digital marketing, creative development, and SEO work involve immediate allocation of resources and cannot be resold.

{04}

_project cancellation by client

If you cancel a project after work has started:

   - You are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

   - The deposit is generally non-refundable.

   - Completed deliverables for which payment has been made will be delivered to you; unpaid deliverables remain the property of TechWorks.

   - Cancellation fees may apply based on the percentage of work completed.

{05}

_faculty services or major failures

While our services are provided on a non-refundable basis regarding "change of mind," we stand behind our work. If we fail to deliver services as described in your agreement (a "major failure"):

   - Major Failure: If there is a major problem with our services (e.g., failure to deliver agreed-upon deliverables, gross negligence), you are entitled to a remedy. You may choose a refund for the non-delivered portion of the services or a re-performance of the services.

   - Minor Issues: For minor issues, we will work to correct or repair the deliverable within a reasonable time at no additional charge.

_change of mind

As a digital agency providing custom and creative services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Each project is tailored to your specific needs and cannot be returned or resold. We encourage you to review proposals carefully before committing.

{07}

_print on demand and physical products (if applicable)

For print on demand products:

   - Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within [X] days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

   - Change of Mind: Change of mind returns for print products may be accepted within [X] days if the item is unused and in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.

_dispute resolution

If you have concerns about our services or billing:

   - Contact Us First: Please contact us directly to discuss the issue. Many concerns can be resolved through communication

   - Written Notice First: If we cannot resolve the issue, please provide written notice detailing the problem.

   - Remedy: We will work with you to determine an appropriate remedy, which may include re-performance of services or, in limited cases of major failure, a partial refund proportionate to the undelivered work.

_process for requesting a refund or remedy

If you cancel a project after work has started:

   - Contact us at techworks@xenoxindustries.com with your name, project details, and a description of the issue.

   - Provide any supporting information (e.g., examples of how deliverables did not meet specifications).

   - We will respond within 4 business days to assess the issue and propose a resolution .
